Evlergreen is a rental platform built around the part of shared living that listings sites ignore: the housemates. You tell us your budget, the districts you want, and when you need to move. We show you people and groups whose plans genuinely overlap with yours. Not a compatibility percentage, but the actual budget, location, and dates.
When interest is mutual, you connect, chat, and can form a search group to hunt for a home together. You can also browse listings from verified providers on your own, whenever you would rather shop than match.
People first, then property
Most rental sites start with the apartment. We start with who you would live with, because that is what actually decides whether a shared home works.
Search together
Once you match, you can form a search group: a shared space where you compare listings, vote on them, and decide as a group instead of in scattered group chats.
Trust-gated
Access is gated behind verification so the people you meet are real. We would rather have a smaller, verified community than an open board full of noise.
Beyond move-in
After you sign, shared house management helps with rent, bills, and agreements, so the admin of living together does not fall on one person.
Where we operate
Evlergreen runs as two separate markets: Istanbul and North Cyprus (Girne, Nicosia, İskele, Famagusta, and Lefke). You pick your market when you join, and everything you see stays within it: people, groups, and listings.
